Nice shot of Shelby's!! And it is appropriate for Mustang Dude to be first response to the pic of the week this week!! I also have a favoite, even though this is not my favorite of the Shelby Mustangs, but I like this one with the "real wheels." Thank you, Wyatt, for the use of the pic and for getting our weekend started right!

it looks great with the Magnums--the only soft-wheel variant on that casting as I recall!

Am I way off base on this or is the nose stumpier than it should be? Look at it in profile ... shouldn't there be more sheetmetal ahead of the front wheels?

Scott, it doesn't matter to me whether you show a pre-production or White Lightning casting.
It is all part of the theme in the sense that they are part of the casting subject matter.
And we don't get to see this material very often.
Thank you for your timely contribution to this topic. thumbsup.gif

You picked another winner Wyatt thumbsup.gif !!!! I recently abtained a couple more of this casting(thank's Bobby) in Mustangs II rel 3. The white 69 Shelby GT 500 conv from that rel is my favorite so far. That will change as soon as I find the blue rubber tire version smile.gif .

Tiretracts, if you hadn't shown the image above; I would never have thought of this Shelby Mustang casting that I have in my collection.
So I get to add the image to the rest of the posts for the sake of continuity.
